Meet Your Presenter: Lorene Worthy
With over a decade of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, Lorene brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to the Confident Beginnings Workshop. As a certified birth doula through DONA International and a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Lorene combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the emotional journey of parenthood.

Certified as a Birth Doula by DONA International, the largest and most respected doula certification organization worldwide.
Taught community lactation classes and safe sleep classes through the Famicos Foundation, empowering families with essential tools for newborn care.
Supported countless families for over a decade, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming a new life into the world.
Lorene is passionate about empowering first-time parents with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to start their journey together. With her guidance, you’ll learn practical techniques, gain confidence, and enter parenthood ready to thrive.
