About Me
Hi, I’m a certified birth doula with DONA International, mother to three, and proud grandmother to two amazing grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same family-centered approach to each birth I have the privilege to support. My love for the birthing space runs deep—ever since I was a child, I’ve felt a special connection to it. I’d play “house” with my cousins, and my role was always to “deliver the babies”—even back then, I knew this work was my calling.
For over a decade, I’ve been honored to walk alongside families in their birth journeys. I believe deeply in the body’s innate wisdom—just as it knows how to grow a baby, it knows how to birth one. I encourage a patient, trusting approach, allowing the body to do what it was beautifully designed to do.
Birth is one of life’s most extraordinary experiences, a moment you’ll carry with you forever. Every mother deserves to shape her birth journey in a way that feels right for her, and my role is to support you in making that vision come to life.
